Jerry Ann Harris
Jerry Ann Harris serves as the Executive Director of Heart to Heart Women’s Outreach. She brings a deep passion for empowering women to heal, grow, and thrive beyond life’s challenges. With a compassionate spirit and a strong commitment to service, she leads with vision and purpose.
Her heart for women in need is evident in the way she loves and supports others wholeheartedly. As a true example of resilience, Jerry Ann inspires women to rise above adversity, rebuild their confidence, and embrace the truth that everybody is somebody and every woman can overcome all things.

Welcome to Heart to Heart Women’s Outreach.
It is my greatest passion and calling to see women overcome life’s challenges and walk in restoration. I know what it means to face brokenness, and I also know the power of resilience, faith, and community. At Heart to Heart, we are committed to creating a safe space where women can heal, grow, and discover their strength.
Every woman has value. Every woman has purpose. And every woman has the ability to overcome. Here, we believe that everybody is somebody and with support, mentorship, and love, you can overcome all things.
